Important information about Alberosa products.

» The following products distributed and sold in this site have been made by
   - Sandrini Alberto - Ditta individuale - Roma (RM) - IT -
   who owns them and is responsible for maintenance.

» The purchase of each product guarantees:
   - using license without limit of time;
   - its activation in a second own PC;
   - installation of new version or update.

» The Customer Code, used for the first purchase, will be sole and has to be used for
   every activation and for every other purchase (obtaining a discount).

Installation:

» If PC has Internet connection:
   is sufficient to download and install software from the page Download.

» If PC does not  have Internet connection:
   from a PC Internet connected download the software saving the installation file
   in a storage device (USB or otherwise) to transfer and install it on PC not connected.

Trial period:

» For every product there is only one edition that before the purchase can be try in all
   its features, with the only limitation in time.

After purchase:

» The authorization to activate the product will be sended by e-mail:
   - for on line purchase with Credit Card or through PayPal: within 4 hours;
   - for purchase with Bank Draft: after the credit (2/4 days)
     or within 4 hours after receipt by e-mail of a copy of the draft.

Activation:

» If PC has Internet connection:
   - the activation of the product happens when, opening it, you answer to have bought it,
     enter your Customer Code and allow the Internet connection for the check.

» If PC does not  have Internet connection:
   - open the program, answer you have bought it but can not access Internet;
     the software provides a Reference to be taken and the following instructions:
   - from a PC Internet connected access to the Customer Area where, in the section
     "Activations management", you can get the Activation file for PC without Internet
     connection entering such Reference;
   - download the file and save it in a storage device (USB or otherwise);
   - transfer and copy this file in the folder, of PC without Internet connection, in which
     you installed the software;
   - the activation of the product happens when, opening it, you answer to have bought it,
     and enter your Customer Code.

In case of:

» hard disk formatting:
   - will be sufficient to repeat Installation and Activation of the software.

» hard disk replacement or PC replacement
   - need to access the Customer Area where, in the section "Activations management", you
     can delete the activation no longer valid.
   - then will be sufficient to repeat Installation and Activation of the software.

» eventual ulterior activations of the products in other own PC:
   - specific request will have to be sended to: Contact me
